How do I place a custom cake order?

If you do not see the cake you are looking for on our website, please complete our Custom Cake Inquiry Form. Provide your event date, size, flavor, design inspiration, and budget. Our team will respond within 24hrs
Is submitting a custom inquiry a confirmed order?

No. Orders are only confirmed after payment or a deposit is received.
What is your cancellation policy?

Custom Cake Orders:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event qualify for a full refund.

• If the order includes custom or special items, the cost of those items will be deducted and the remaining balance refunded.Non-Custom Orders:

• Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup or delivery are non-refundable.
Are cakes returnable?

Cakes are not returnable.If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Do you replicate cake designs exactly?

We strive to replicate inspiration designs as closely as possible. All cakes are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. If exact materials are unavailable, similar alternatives will be used to ensure a beautiful final result.
Do you offer dietary specialty cakes?

Yes. We offer options such as vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary specialty cakes. Please notify us of any dietary needs when placing your order.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. For custom order , no payment at pickup point
Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout or during order confirmation.Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
