How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for large or intricate designs. However, we may accommodate last-minute orders depending on our schedule. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure availability.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery services within a specific radius. Delivery fees vary based on location and the size of the order. Please provide your delivery address when placing your order, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will receive a refund, depending on the custom purchases made towards the cake design. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery or pickup.
